The 9,788 sf two-floor interior fit-out for Avenue MD transformed the plastic surgeon’s clinic into a modern, patient-focused healthcare environment. Beginning with comprehensive pre-construction planning and continuing through final delivery, mform oversaw all aspects of this medical office renovation to achieve a refined, functional, and compliant clinical space.

To support both clinical operations and the practice’s high-end aesthetic standards, the project included the installation of custom millwork, construction of new interior partitions, and precise coordination of HVAC upgrades tailored for medical environments. Electrical components were strategically placed to support medical equipment, patient rooms, and administrative functions, while flooring installations were managed to balance durability, hygiene, and design continuity.

Through coordinated execution, Avenue MD now benefits from a sophisticated and efficient plastic surgery clinic fit-out that integrates medical functionality with an elevated patient experience.
