This 16,000 sf interior office renovation in Toronto transformed this floor through selective demolition of flooring, partitions, and finishes, delivering a comprehensive commercial interior renovation and workplace fit-out tailored to modern business needs. The project included construction of new meeting rooms, phone rooms, and huddle rooms, along with a micro-kitchen, servery, and dedicated wellness and mothers’ room to support employee well-being.

An upgraded lighting package, acoustic wall panels, and ceiling baffles were installed to enhance focus, privacy, and overall workplace acoustics. Extensive custom millwork was incorporated throughout collaboration spaces and amenity areas, reinforcing both functionality and design consistency.
