Spanning 16,000 sf, this project involved a comprehensive interior office renovation and full corporate office fit-out, beginning with selective demolition of existing floor and wall finishes. The scope focused on delivering a refined and highly functional workspace aligned with contemporary modern workplace design standards.

A complete lighting upgrade was implemented throughout to enhance performance, visual comfort, and consistency across the floorplate. New meeting rooms, phone rooms, and huddle rooms were constructed to support varied work styles and improve collaboration within this commercial office construction project.

Acoustic wall panels and ceiling baffles were installed to strengthen speech privacy and optimize workplace acoustics in shared environments. The build-out also introduced a custom library-style common area featuring integrated millwork, creating a distinctive amenity space within this high-performance Toronto office renovation.
