As one of Canada’s largest law firms exclusively practicing management-side labour and employment law, Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti LLP, wanted to capitalize on an existing space, transforming it into a more dynamic environment that would appease both staff and clients.
mform was brought on to convert a cafeteria into a high-end customer facing reception area and business centre, which required careful planning and risk mitigation. An aggressive occupancy date meant each sub-trade had to be precisely managed to execute each facet of the build.
Our previous experience in the building helped reduce the risk of unforeseen site conditions, and the result is a bright, elegant space that has rebranded Filion Wakely’s corporate office and culture.
