Located within a commercial condominium, this project delivers a versatile and functional workspace designed for animators and creatives. The layout includes a bullpen of workstations, private offices, soundproof edit rooms, and a dedicated viewing room, all tailored for collaboration and high-performance production.

To enhance the work environment, the space features a games room and a cozy, eclectic lounge area, promoting relaxation and engagement. The roof, constructed with acoustic baffles, along with additional acoustic testing, ensured compliance with Landlord and neighboring business requirements.

The interior construction package was carefully coordinated with the base building completion, while a focused value engineering exercise preserved the original design intent in a cost-effective manner without compromising quality or functionality.
