This 3,000 sf expansion and renovation of ICLS’s state-of-the-art plastic surgery and dermatology facility in Oakville, supporting a 50-person team across multiple departments.

The project introduced enhanced medical spaces, including a procedure room, exam rooms, nurse stations, and office areas, while upgraded washrooms and a dedicated laundry facility improved operational efficiency. A custom millwork reception and retail area with backlit product displays elevated both aesthetics and functionality.

Strategic pre-construction planning and efficient execution enabled a smooth two-phase development, supporting a smooth expansion for this leading medical facility.
