The 80,000 sf refresh and restack of MLSE’s executive offices featured high-end finishes and a functional redesign for the Toronto Maple Leafs and Raptors’ headquarters. Through pre-construction planning and value engineering, the project executed a premium workspace that reflected MLSE’s brand identity while maintaining efficiency and minimizing disruption, and supports corporate operations and team headquarters.
