Rogers Communications continues to lead workplace transformation, advancing its shared space strategy with the renovation at their head office in Toronto. Our team executed a 50,000 sf open-concept, modern work environment, carefully managing construction within an occupied building and active campus to minimize disruptions and meet key milestones.

The renovation included an elevator lobby, workspaces, meeting rooms, a games lounge, a library, a café, and upgraded washrooms, all designed to enhance collaboration and functionality. Thoughtfully designed work settings support a variety of tasks, fostering flexibility and engagement for Rogers employees.

A result of strong collaboration, this project delivered a flexible, high-performing workplace purpose-built to adapt to Rogers' evolving needs.
