To build a fully connected intelligent world, telecom giant, Huawei, embarked on an elaborate and multi-phased construction project.

As their construction management partner, mform coordinated the scope of work, including a lighting package which required coordination and structural engineering. We were also tasked to build-out a high-end client area that features a switch glass privacy system. To mitigate the extensive product lead time and to avoid project interruptions, mform designed a temporary framing solution.

The design also required the coordination between architectural finishes and mechanical systems to create a custom acoustic panel system, construction of their Research & Development Data Centre, a lobby security system and an Innovation Showroom. In addition, mform managed the build-out of the entire 2nd floor and a complete refresh of the 3rd floor.

A project of this magnitude has inherent challenges. mform successfully overcame each challenge to help Huawei realize their vision of a customized space; one that is collaborative and combines customer-facing elements with a functional office environment.
