Designed to foster collaboration and innovation, the space features meeting rooms, cafés, a full kitchen, lounges, wellness facilities, and an all-hands meeting area to enhance functionality and well-being.

Built to reflect Index Exchange’s engineering mindset and culture of disruption, the office serves as a hub for connection and exchange. Our team provided strategic value engineering during pre-construction, optimizing constructability, budget alignment, and schedule efficiency.

Recognized as a 2023 CoreNet REmmy Award Finalist for Workplace over 50,000 sf and a 2023 VODA (Value of Design) Award Winner, this high-performance workspace effectively integrates functionality, efficiency, and innovation.
