The historic Beardmore Building, built in the late 1800s, now serves as the versatile headquarters for Rose Rocket in Toronto’s St. Lawrence District. This three-story workplace effectively integrates heritage architecture with modern functionality, preserving its rich character while supporting a fast-growing tech company.

Once a boat slip within the original waterfront warehouse, the transformed space fosters connection and innovation with thoughtfully designed meeting areas, social hubs, and breakout spaces. Vibrant interiors complement the building’s historic elements, creating an inspiring environment that reflects Rose Rocket’s energy and culture.

This award-winning project was recognized with the 2022 CoreNet REmmy Award for Workplace Excellence between 20,000-50,000 sf, underscoring its success in delivering a high-performance, design-forward workspace.
